Trend of self-sponsored type-ratings will continue. Company accountants have figured out that people will pay for training so there's no way back now. With margins in the industry so tight any opportunity to reduce costs will be taken. I disagree with it but I don't think there's any way we'll go back to the old days of fully-sponsorsed schemes.
