Initial ostacle clearance should meet a 1.25 degree plane(angle).
The usual Takeoff gradients should meet the initial plane(35' to 400'@2.4%..400'to 1500'@1.2% etc)..The next climb requirement is to meet 200' per nautical mile to follow the SID
