Ah that old chestnut! Just like Flybe did back in January, they hold a whole load of interviews to put people in a 'holding pool' to be called forward for an interview. What's the big deal in this just to get people's hopes up and feel an affiliation to the airline who interviewed them? The airlines know how much power they have! I just wish they'd actually decide on recruitment and do a bit of forward planning! Pilots leaving Flybe much to do with the lack of communication and indecision from the management!
