Or what?" It would be difficult to put a figure on it without specific data from a model or flight test. However, if you could get into such a situation where you could climb at a ROC where if the donk quit you could not lower the lever in time, this should (hopefully)come out during certification with an appropriate ROC limitation in your tech manual. . .. .Anyone involved in certification flying please comment??
