Easier to get in or not, will still depend on your aptitude. With frozen ATPL you sure have to go thru' the standard selection process. But with frozen ATPL your flying career will not be limited to SIA only. You have very much wider choice of airlines. Lots of LCCs looking for guys with frozen ATPL.
