Portsmouth would be Goodwood or Southampton, Goodwood is slightly closer and probably more GA than SOU.
(Lee-on-Solent would be closer still if you could get in there and go across on the Gosport Ferry).
All your others have their own airfields that can be used by GA, Newcastle and Teeside I believe are GA friendly though I have not been in by light aircraft myself for many years, don't know a lot about Aberdeen and GA.
