Is the mangement being removed a calculated attempt at making the path for a takeover simpler with whoever that may be purchasing? Ensuring that there will be no dead weight left. Who knows, if these same people were removed say ten years ago when the whole process of F.L.S. buying in to aviation began it might be a totally different situation now without the whole threat of our parent company pulling out.
Given our track record would you even consider buying in to a company with such a proven poor track record with managers that consistently give a poor performance, the answer from any normal sane person would be NO!!
Clear out the whole lot of them and start from scratch! This should have been done years ago.
NO more of this side to side job movement the only job movement should have been to have the car park, sorry guys no offence and no tears you had a good run at it...
