I remember an FO saving everyones asses when the Captain collapsed over the controls. When the s*** hits the fan its the two people at the pointy end who keep everybody safe, your job is to make sure the passengers keep their seat belts on and open the doors. BA trying to force in a new meal system won't break the airline, nor will they find people unable or unwilling to work for them.
