Micallef is at it again. He had a chief pilot who comp[leted all the manuals, and has got them right up to the point of operating legally. He then moved the chief pilot sideways to bring in another chief pilot. The new chief pilot is one who l;ikes to be a big fish in a small pond, and would not sign up unless he was the boss.
