ROOTR? Sounds good to me. I seem to remember something that was presented to me as a diploma of whatever... WTF? That was assigned to the round file.
From my experience those who have passed the "tertiary" course or whatever they call it now are dumbstruck by the necessity to follow the book. Unfortunately nobody has told them that there are situations no book can cover. T'ain't their fault. They're not told they are allowed to use common sense.

ABC (previously cleared touch and go with 737 up her ass, puts it down on the piano keys and says "we'll make it a full stop". "No you won't", says I, "clear for immediate takeoff".
The boss was quite taken with that, said he'd never seen it before. Such are the things we are remembered by.....
