Surely the response to that question has to be tailored to the specific company and your own personal situation?
Coming up with a generic 'yawn' answer like "I just wanna fly" I imagine isn't going to separate you from the crowd.... if you do the necessary research on the company you are applying to it should become obvious what the pros and cons are of the specific routes, possible basings, rosters etc etc that make the company different (or not) to their peers (e.g. a regional airline vs BA mainline)
