I take your point about LH and Dus but I don't think that LH have promoted Dus as a hub/link as per KLM at AMS and AF at CDG where adverts are frequently seen showing the hundred or so destinations (via) which are promoted showing attractive fares.
SAS I think will promote CPN as a hub for linking with the Far East and the Scandinavia/Baltic region and maybe USA
