Can anyone help
I am about to leave my job but I still have about a £5000 bond to repay to my airline. The bond was not a loan taken out by me, but one of the old fashioned agreements, where I pay if I leave.
Does anyone know if I can claim tax back on this? If so how did you do it, what did you have to say to the taxman? I have a friend in the same position, he rang the tax man and he said NO!!
Any help appreciated! Why should we pay tax on this money, as we have allready paid tax on it when we earnt it in the first place!!
