I suppose, looking at it from a sensible point of view, the runway and Apron Area is just not big enough to take the likes of fully loaded 767's, 777's and 747's like CWL have. Running the flights on Scheduled services Like Co gives you the option of using smaller Aircraft but more Frequent and it doesnt take up so much stand room as they are not based.
