Sorry for the distress, lightbulbs and tailscrape, but my comments still stand. If JMC is mostly a charter carrier, and busier during the summer, do you not think it reasonable for the company to have the flexibility to recruit for that period only? The only other option is to recruit permanent staff, and furlough in the winter...the results are the same, are they not?. .Otherwise, the company would go broke, which benefits....no one. . .Those who join charter carriers should "know" that the schedule changes from time to time, and if they do not, will learn shortly. Call it a lesson in economics...and yes, it can be painful at times. If they want more or less permanent employment, they should join a scheduled carrier...and even then as a junior guy/gal, nothing is guaranteed.. .It's called the airline business. <img src="rolleyes.gif" border="0">
