Question Flyglobespan routes

Flew with Flyglobespan to & from PFO recently in their new 737-800 (G-SAAW only delivered 2 weeks prior to trip). This route is serviced 2x weekly by them from GLA. I was very impressed, with both flights being >90% full, but have a couple of questions...

1) Despite PFO being ideal for me, I was wondering "why PFO?" as I would have thought that demand for LCA would have been higher?

2) Why not split the 2x weekly flights to one from GLA & one from EDI? There are already 4 airlines operating GLA to PFO so it would make more sense. Do a survey on a GLA to PFO flight & I reckon that 50% of pax will be from the East coast. (I regularly fly this route).

Just some thoughts, not that I'm complaining, just thinking of serving the Scottish public better
