How sorry I am to hear of Captain Cook's death.
My sincere thoughts are belatedly with the Cook family.

I stand by what I said. It simply didn't. Read back to find the great Lord Wratten's edicts about how he intende to deal with those who exceeded limits (I'd find the reference if I had time).
