in the beginning is to say, that you should speak real good German if you want to pass...
The Selection is separated in 2 Steps:
The
first step is the “Berufsgrunduntersuchung - BU” which is something like a basic skill test where they want to see if you are able to do the job. This is all done at the
German Aerospace Center (DLR) in Hamburg at two days. You should carefully read

second step is then finally the “Firmenqualifikation - FQ” which is only to see if you fit to the company.
