various countries produce national registers which are searchable, for example
www.caa.co.uk and go to the G-INFO search page, you can search on type 'KingAir' or B200 etc etc and get a list of UK operators that way.
I'm pretty sure France does the same, and most other European countries. If I remember when in the office tomorrow I'll drop you a PM with the other countried registers.
