"Sriwijaya Air : Indonesian carrier is still in discussions with authorities over routes into Malaysia (KL & Penang).
Sriwijaya Air's district manager Heru Tony Hardjanto confirmed interest was in the Medan/KL and Medan/Penang routes and is hoping to start international ops within 6 months.

Currently serving 10 destinations domestically throughout Indonesia, with 12 full-service B737-200s, Malaysia will be the airline's maiden international destination."

Sriwijaya's fleet is still 6 732s last time I checked. But they would have got more recently, but not another 6!

Doing MES-KUL and MES-PEN would be a "significant departure from it's business plan"...

"19. Royal Air Service, Bali, Indonesia. B733/A310
20. Top Air, 732/722/MD80
21. Gatari Air Charter, 5x F28
22. Satrio Mataram Airlines, recruiting, no other info.
23. Effatha Papua Air"

Scrap #19... they seem to have disappeared.
#20 is in limbo... again...
#21 has no clients.
#22 no other news
#23 plan Jun25 commence ops, but gossip has it that it may not be flying after the recent increase in domestic fuel price.

"33. Linus Air, Indonesian, 722/732/146
34. Cendrawasih Air, Indonesia, Twotter Ops
35. ASCO, Indonesia. F50/C402.
36. Kakoak Air, East Timor, using Merpati C212 at the moment. Started March 05."

#33 Linus is brain dead but still got a heartbeat. 727/737 ops shut down quickly, awaiting 146 ops SUB-MDC-TTE-SOQ-FKS and back... which in my personal opinion will be an entertaining saga.

#34 is up for sale.
#35 No clients. F50 ops plans may turn out to be a hoax, initially "to be from Australia" but checking there, no one's letting them go.
#36 seems to be running OK.

Add:
37. Lorena Air... now actively recruiting cabin attendants. Personally I think the boss is dreaming but if she has the money, we may see it fly...

No further disclosable info regarding to "X" and "Y"...
