Phone call after day 1 if your succesful, but do not despair if you don't hear anything as they will hold a review meeting at the end of the working week to discuss all other cases. You may find a phone call coming your way after that!
As for the sim check, well its written as being held the next day, but from experience the next call for a sim date may be upto 2 1/2 weeks later, with a sim 3 weeks after the original assessment. Its a nervous wait, but that phone call will arrive.
