Ref HeliEng's comment about his mate that changed and went "driving" (it's called flying actually HE)ROV's offshore, if you don't like s%*t hours, night shifts, and buggar all respect then you won't like ROV work offshore. Sure the pay is good and if you are a tech of pretty much any sort (mech/elect) and have good hand eye coord then you will get a job no worries. I know as I have over 10yrs running ROV's and know the industry well. Feel free to drop me a line if I can help.
