Not sure what MAN selection ctiteria is, but if it was BAA airport then if you are already employed by the company, say Security, and can demonstrate that you have at least the competencies required then you're to be seriously considered. Same goes for external candidates with aviation background, including University graduates. It also helps if you have aspirations to get into Ops management as Airfield ops experience is a very important stepping stone for this.
