Question A-321 flap selection for tailstrike avoidance

Greetings..I'm doing some research into flap selection on the A-321 to minimise the chance of a tailstrike on landing. The apprach attitude is about 2.5 deg nose up with config. full and 4 to 5 deg. nose up with config. 3. Does anyone know of an airline that officially suggests or requires its' A-321's to land with config full when able to minimise the chance of a tailstike on landing? Any info greatly appreciated.
