Still..embargoes are generally imposed to avoid customers claiming air miles seats (usually id50's) that are "confirmed" so to speak, or other cut-rate tickets..a subload is just that...if the seat is available just as check-in closes, it seems strange not to make it available to a subload passenger, as is normally the case anyway...but anyway...
