The recruitment for 757 and 73s is common to both fleet and what tends to dictate your joining fleet is roughly what follows.
- Needs.... We all have some but if Tfly/Brit requires pilots on the 75s rather than on the 73s then that's where you will go. Of course with the current expansion of the 73 fleet (9 more A/C for season 06), the bulk of new joiners will go on the 73.
Now if some existing 75 FOs fancy a command on the 73 then that will create vacancies on the 75s.
See what I mean, you can't really tell where YOU will be going but you can guess that 80% of you will join on the 73.
With Reference to the T&Cs, well it is now in line with Britannia 75/76 existing conditions.
Apart from one or two thing though, including the pension scheme... Not that you will never be on a final salary scheme but rather than being on it from day one, there is a 3 or 5 years period (not quite sure there) before you can join the scheme.
