It really depends on what part of the industry you want to go into. Light Aircaft/general aviation, then there is the Big jets, Flight line maintenance, Hangar Maintenance, If you have a sound industrial background electrical/Mechanical maybe somebody like British Aerospace would be worth a look, actually building the things then moving over to the maintenance side when you have a bit of A/C experience. have you had a look at
