Triangle, there is also Valley RFC which has a good hockey (feild) program, do a search under Valley RFC and follow the links to hockey. As Christep said, with HKFC, there is a large annual fee to pay to play, a minimum spend at the bar, and lots of other places to spend your excess cash
As for the Ice Hockey, there is a league that runs over winter, they play at the Dragon Centre in Sham Shui Po, and there is a stop on the redline of the MTR, and about a 3 minute walk to the rink. There are 3 divisions that cater to all levels of abilities. Dont have the website available, but look under Hong Kong Ice Hockey and you should find it ok.
