If by BLI you mean DPS, then no, AN only ever operated the 767 on the MEL-DPS route. The A320's did PER-DPS & 737's did DRW-DPS...if memory serves.
The A320 couldn't even operate SYD-PER in AN form...until someones
mate stepped in & rectified the situation...
