There was two consecutive waypoints on the east coast called BERNI and SMITH - the ex CEO of AsA's name

I saw a Jepp plate for an instrument approach in the US that had the waypoints

ITAWT
ITAWA
PUDDI
TAATT
and the missed approach was named IDEED.

There are a couple of waypoints in WA, ALFIE named after Alf Allen - and STEWY named after Stewy Boyce.

There is also a waypoint named CLUGO named funnily enough after CLUGO - I can't remember his real name....
