Glad to see the belt problem in new extention seems to have been sorted(touch wood), if anyone was unaware of what the problem was, at the end of the belt before the spacer section there was a lovely bit of plastic that had been put there to flip large bags on there side, but it wasn't doing its job and instead bags would get stuck there! Ingenious! the bags would fall on their side when the hit spacer belt anyway!! thankfully after a disasterous Monday morning in which the belt went down constantly whilst 5 jets checking in, and numerous complaints from Servisair and the airline reps the bit of plastic was removed, wonder if it had anything to do with me saying that I'd rip the bloody thing off with my hands if it was still there on Tues had anything to do with it?
Well done BIA, it only took the best part of 3 weeks to realise a worthless bit of plastic was causing chaos, oh well lets hope it all runs a bit smoother now
