And you can have all those things, but not entirely for free: get yourself a copy of "Notam Plot" (free s/w from
http://www.notamplot.flyer.co.uk/) and a subscription to Avbrief (free for "registered guests" for NOTAM in EGTT, EGPX, EGGX, subscription required for NOTAM from EISN, LFFF, LFRR) and you can see the NOTAMs plotted on the map.
