I dont think it is really fair to ask guys to
black agencies at this point until at least
we as professionals get ourselves in a position of bargaining.Many guys who contract
have no possibility of sustaining a meagre living without connying.
I dont want to look like a martyr or anything here but I think it would be beneficial to guys to support the company my partner and I have in place.
The contract we did have we were paying straight fitters £13.65 per hour while established agencies were paying £11.00 and
£13.00 for tank work.
As a tradesman I believe the guys who should
get the money are the guys on the tools.
