The airline in question has already been noted for cutting the corners way too much. My friend was not asked to do the "g.m." but ordered. The president Pe**i has been criticized before, no?
In the civilized aviations the rules guarantee the pilot the place & conditions to rest on-board, not the case in Italy. I would leave it to the foolish to make "gentleman's agreements" with the likes of Soddu, Tanzi, Cragnotti....(the list is long).
