Strange enough the same wording as here ('strategic investment', 'mutually beneficial') has also been used by Klaus Knappik.
What people do not absolutely realize is that if you buy the shares then it is not you going to take over CLX but the other way round...
As it should have been in the case of Cargolux/SwissCargo...
