Seems to me the guy's got all the prerequisits , qualities & attributes for becoming the 'new breed RMA/BMA technician' by means of his apparent lack of experience , common sense & sheer undenyable stupidity.
After all , what is a construction worker who is involved in a building work related accident doing , reporting the incident to the FAA?
