One day you walk into work,do a Pre=Flight for the first flight of the day which is the only pre-flight you do for the whole day and then the company let's the EGH do the headset and the arrival and pushout of the aircraft.One day the engineers were doing it via towbar and tug and the next day the EGH were doing it ALL with the power push machine.Watch out QANTAS this is coming your way if you let it.It makes for low morale as the engineers do not talk to the pilots anymore and only assist in the fuelling of the aircraft and only attend any defects that sometimes are not passed on by the pilots or if they are the EGH does not pass them onto engineering until the last moment which can occur delays and quite often does
