If the ALM/Ge had any thing about them they would exit the aircraft for the shutdown with the nose pin in hand , maybe SOP's should reflect this or maybe, as this stupid rule is never enforced down route OC Eng WG should get a f@ckin life
. Or possibly his OC ENGness should re write the order to reflect that no ground crew, of any persuasion are allowed on the aircraft until the pin is in.
This would enable the "see in team" to insert the pin after the a/c brakes have been released, which is well before the hordes of "gypsies"....(I feel the need to add gypsies have no technical background) swarm on in search of "goodies"
