I have to agree with SS, I think a lot of people would like to leave, but the financial hooks that the company puts on us for the first few years, plus the beauraucratic BS of biblical proportions to get out of the UAE definately clouds your thinking.
It's not an excuse, but it is a large mental drag if you do want to leave
