I personally wouldn't hesitate to recommend going to NAC for training, but if you are going there to hour build, forget it unless you plan to land back at KAPF to refuel every time you depart, which kind of restricts your plans!
You are paying to rent a "wet" aircraft but when you return and hand in your fuel receipts for reimbursement of the fuel that you had to purchase down-route, you are only refunded at $1.55 per gallon, which falls way short of the average of at least $3.00 that you are charged elsewhere. This will make it considerably more expensive per hour for you.
Just something to bare in mind.....
