It seems to me that yet again we have been sold down the river by our present union .
This latest stunt by the company only fuels the arguement for dumping the present union for the ALAE who would hopefully not let this sort of thing go by without consultation of it's members. If anything we should of had the union negotiating for an enhancement of pay & conditions for the additional authorisations we have been forced to apply for rather than the threat of a pay decrease if we didn't.
Is BA the only company taking this approach or are there others being stitched up too?
