I am told that Thursday will be politician free, but that there might be an "official opening" later in the year.
This is probably a good thing, as I really think it would have been a bit of a cheek of someone like Mr Darling to turn up, after his government have done everything possible to put pointless obstacles in the way of TOM's operations here at CVT.
I'm sure Terry could comment further, but I understand that local politicians have actually been quite supportive of this one, helped by the massive "Yes" campaign.
