I'll reply if no one else will.
Never worked there but all impressions seem that it is an OK company. The world's strictest on recency of courses though.
For example, a guy I worked with at LTU in Germany went to work for them on 737's in Amsterdam. Never worked a 737 but had just finished a course with FLS Aerospace so he was right in. Some operators require you to have seen the a/c before you certify one! I applied to work for them having been coursed up on 767 and 747-400 and A340 and worked them for 11/9/5 years but was rejected because my courses were in 1993/1995 and 1997 respectively. Experience is not required, but recency of courses is!!
Other than that seems pretty good ,ie they have aircraft engineers in management positions instead of beancounters which is good. If you are applying good luck but through logic out of the window.
