For anyone who is interested: Had a member of the training dept. paxing on my flight the other day. She said BNE base is full to the brim with crew (I guess thats why we are all getting so many AVL and APT), so the only way to get into
VB externally is through MEL where they are still putting through classes. There is a wait list of people wanting to transfer to BNE.
