Regarding the accommodation it varies from 7000 up to 12000 QR, just as an example. All depends on the land lord, villa and your negotiation skills. The best way, from my point of view, come here and find out.
For the Pajero, last time when I was in Mitsubishi show room it was about 100 000 QR. You can go for a bank loan even for the full amount.
