) insist on the wearing of uniform, and they can be even more expensive than flight training! If a given FTO wishes its students to wear uniform, that's their prerogative. You, as the paying customer, can take or leave their product as you wish. For every uniform-wearing FTO, there are plenty that prefer a more relaxed style.
