I've used this link at the
US Naval Observatory before, which I then imported into Excel and tidied up the formatting. Very useful - enables you to prepare a full year of data for your location of interest.
We used to have a copy of this in the Duty Instructors Log at the Air Cadet VGS where I used to assist, also put a copy of it in the aircraft log book at Perth (based on Perth Lat / Long).
