Yes, my feelings too.
As always, when I cancelled with them they offered me an update on the spot, two months free rental as well. It realy peeves me off when companies don't look after their existing customers.
My Mobile phone company, who share a colour with EJ, is the same. I ask for an upgrade that they offer new customers, only to be told it's not available to existing customers. Next, I cancel my account, and surprise surprise, the deals available.
