I would like to applaud CASA for finally doing something about the on-going problems. They might also want to go look at the organisation who does the maintenance on the aircraft at NAC. I heard that one of NAC's aircraft that was worked on by the sister company engineers (aj) wouldn't sign off on it due to its condition from poor maintenance previously performed on it.

He looks forward to fighting, even with the regulator. He just loves digging his own grave. Unfortunately some undeserving pilots (except maybe the current cp) will be out of a job.
