Just to confirm what Hajj Man has said.
DO NOT come here thinking you can commute to anywhere. The rosters are deliberately written to stop it and don't ask why. There seems to be no logical reason?
For example, a block of 5 days will have a standby right in the middle of the days off. Swapping, dependent upon which fleet you join, can be next to impossible due to crew shortages brought on by, you guessed it, people resigning because of the rosters! Go figure?
Also, your contract only guarantees 7 days off per month.
As many of us have said in other topics on QR, this could be a good airline to work for. Sadly, at the moment, it is not.
